REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

It's important to us that you're happy, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We'll accept returns or exchanges on items in new, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase.

For change of mind returns you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself. If you'd like to exchange for another item then you'll also need to include your own prepaid satchel in the parcel or you'll be charged the difference.

If you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect item then please get in touch with our team and we'll take care the postage costs for you.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are non-refundable. In case of faulty, a store credit will be issued.

END OF LINE - FINAL SALE ITEMS: These are discontinued styles. Stitch & Hide does not accept return, refund or exchange for these items. A store credit will be issued in case of faulty.

THE REFUND PROCESS

Once a return item for refund has been received at our warehouse in Byron Bay, the transaction will be processed and issued to your credit card or PayPal account. The transaction should appear within 3-5 business days of this.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order, as well as the return shipping for refunds or exchanges. Please keep this in mind while you're shopping online.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange. To reduce the risks we suggest sending the return parcel back via registered post.

FAULTY ITEMS

All Stitch & Hide products come with a 1-year warranty. If you receive a faulty item please email info@stitchandhide.com with your order number, description and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation. General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and we are only able refund or exchange your item where there is a technical fault caused during manufacturing. Where we can, we will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
